Our firm was founded by former practicing attorneys who bring firsthand experience, perspective, and judgment to legal recruiting. Having practiced law themselves, our founders understand the demands of the profession, the realities of law firm culture, and the considerations that drive both career decisions and hiring strategy.

After leaving legal practice, one founder pursued an entrepreneurial path in business before returning to legal recruiting with a broader strategic lens and renewed focus on building a firm grounded in long-term relationships and thoughtful advisory work. The other founder has spent nearly a decade exclusively in legal recruiting, advising attorneys and law firms across a range of practice areas and markets.

Together, they formed this firm with a shared purpose: to help attorneys and law firms make informed, discreet moves that allow them to operate at the highest possible level. We do not approach recruiting as a transactional exercise. Instead, we act as trusted advisors, guiding both candidates and clients through complex decisions with care, confidentiality, and precision.
